Terms of Service

Effective May 12, 2026

The short version
You can use invioTrack to invoice your clients. You’re responsible for what you put on those invoices and the taxes you owe. We can pause accounts that are used for spam, fraud, or illegal stuff. Paid plans renew until you cancel. The service is provided as-is during beta.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and invioTrack (“we”, “us”). They cover the Telegram bot @invioTrack_bot and the website inviotrack.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Who can use invioTrack

3. The Service

invioTrack lets you:

invioTrack is not accounting software, not a tax filing service, and not a bank or money transmitter. It is a tool that helps you draft and send invoices.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Free plan

Paid plans

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes you owe in your jurisdiction. Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from inside the bot (the Manage subscription button opens Stripe’s billing portal). Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; we don’t pro-rate refunds for partial months.

If a charge fails, we will retry through Stripe a few times and then move you back to the Free plan. Your existing data stays intact.

Refunds: if something goes wrong on our end (outage, billing error, you genuinely didn’t mean to upgrade), email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

5. Your content and your invoices

You keep ownership of everything you create with the Service — your client list, your invoice text, your logo, your business details. You grant us a limited right to store and process that content only as needed to run the Service for you.

You are responsible for:

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use invioTrack to:

If we believe you’re violating these rules we may warn, pause, or close your account. For obvious abuse (fraud, illegal goods, serious harassment) we may act immediately without warning.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on Telegram, Stripe, and our hosting and mail providers. Their own terms apply when you use those parts of the experience (sending Telegram messages, paying with a card, replying to our support emails). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their outages or actions.

8. Beta status and changes

invioTrack is actively in development. We ship updates every week or two. Features may change, get renamed, get added, or get removed. We will not knowingly remove a paid feature you depend on without giving you advance notice and a way to export your data.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time:

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service at risk.

If your account is closed (by you or by us), we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for the billing records we have to keep under tax law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it reliable, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not your accountant, your lawyer, or your tax advisor. Invoices generated by the Service are your invoices — you are responsible for their content and legal effect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, invioTrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose (or US$50, whichever is greater).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold invioTrack harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, your invoices, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by friendly email will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and we both agree those courts have personal jurisdiction over us. We are not adding an arbitration or class-action waiver clause — you keep the normal right to sue in court and join a class if one exists.

14. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we will update the effective date and post a notice in the bot. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. If you don’t accept them, cancel your account.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms: hello@inviotrack.com. For most things, the bot itself is faster.
